diet advice! curbing appetite?

I’m 5′2 and 125 pounds> I generally aim for 950-1100 calories a day. I vary it. Every time I make another attempt to lose the weight I either maintain my weight everyday because I don’t follow my diet or I follow it for 3 or 4 days and then go on a binge because I feel deprived. I can’t seem to face the reality of only eating this many calories a day for a month or so. Everytime Im on a diet and I think about some delicious food thats extremly high in its caloric content, I’ll start blocking out every idea I have about why I shouldn’t eat it and I’ll start justifying why it’s okay for me to eat it. Any tips? I don’t want answers that give me opinions about whether or not you think I should lose weight according to the measurements I gave you pleasssee

I really need to lose weight,am I doing anything wrong?

Now, I’ve been monitoring myself with ketone test strips and since I’ve started my diet they have all tested postive in the moderate to high range. However, yesterday they started to register as negative, completely out of the blue. And they are negative today!

Yesterday I was busy and ate nothing but two scrambled eggs in the morning……how can this be possible?????
